I had the absolute BEST experience with Bramgate Volkswagen. The people I had dealt with there (Samantha D. and Shaun D) were amazing. They both looked after every single detail and ensured they went the extra mile to make sure I was getting the best vehicle and deal that worked for me. Love my new Atlas! Seamless experience and thrilled with the outcome. The bow on the car was 5 star service! No one has ever done that before and I have bought many cars.

The team over at Bramgate Volkswagen are AMAZING! They made the process of getting my brand new car SO seamless and easy going! No unnecessary pressure from my sales agent, Ramneet! She gave me the option of doing the test drive alone or with her which was refreshing. She also let me test drive multiple cars to see what car I would enjoy the most! From there, we sat down and spoke at her desk and had the most genuine conversation. She crunched numbers for me and answered every possible question I had. She made me feel so at ease in comparison to the previous Volkswagen Dealership I went to. I knew right away I would make the purchase with her based off of her insight and genuine nature. I took her info and reached out to her within the week and came back to make the purchase a week later. She set me up with Ricky who was also very knowledgeable and genuine as well! He also answered ALL my questions and made me feel comfortable with the financial aspect. No pressure or bad vibes at all with him! I felt very informed about the payment structure and purchase. When I came in to pick up the car, to my surprise I was offered some pizza while waiting! A nice touch to an overall excellent experience! Your team is wonderful! If you are reading this and are in the market for a new car, please don’t hesitate! The team is truly fantastic, positive and genuine! I noticed each time I visited, the staff were always smiling and engaging with each other and potential buyers. It’s a very positive environment! They are so nice, patient & helpful. Simran understood my needs, guided me the best trim accordingly and explained me everything precisely. Paperwork went so smoothly & got delivery on time.
